ORDERING FROM US - You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling 07368537804.

4 .1 - If you place your order before 4pm GMT, Monday-Friday goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse the same day (excluding bank holidays.)
4.2 - Any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice.
4.3 - We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. The vast majority of our orders are delivered by Hermes.
4.4 - If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, usually because of an incorrect address or failure to respond to pick-up re-delivery instructions, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. This may be subject to a new delivery charge.
4.5 - Please check your goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to us within 2 days of receipt.
4.6 - If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
4.7 - Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.
